Andy is much more than a realtor. He is a kind and caring person who will tell you like it is in a professional and honest manner. I am a first time Florida homebuyer for my winter escape after retiring and renting for 12 months. I knew what I was looking for, I just didn’t know who to work with to purchase my home. I sent one text to Andy and as they say the rest is history. Looking on-line I had several places of interest. Scheduled my trip down and met with Andy at one of the properties. We looked at two properties in the same area, one of which I purchased, and we discussed several others. Andy’s knowledge of the vast number of properties in the area made my choice an easy one. Once the contract was signed Andy took care of every detail and provided me with what I needed to do prior to closing. Communication was excellent with follow-up and reminders. I flew into Fort Myers the eve of Hurricane Ian as my closing was that Friday three days after Ian. Andy left his home and hurricane clean-up Friday to walk me through my new home and to check for any hurricane related issues. All was well, Andy had also stopped by the property and lowered the hurricane shades for me prior to Ian’s arrival! One call to the title company verifying transfer was complete, Andy handed me the keys, well wishes on the new home and a handshake. He has followed up since to check on me and property. I purchased a condo in Fort Myers, FL where Andy Lussier was the seller’s agent. The process went very smoothly, and Andy was great to work with. He worked very well with my realtor answering many questions promptly to assure a quick and easy purchasing process. When I decided to move back to Puerto Rico in April 2023, Andy Lussier was the first realtor I thought of to help me sell my condo in a “Cash Only Sale Community”. Not an easy task but after many interested buyers but no one was a cash buyer. Andy said I believe I have someone who is the buyer for your condo. Well, Andy’s recommendation led to a Cash Buyer.
