North Fort Myers and Alva

North Fort Myers is on the northern shore of the Caloosahatchee River in Lee County Florida. Fort Myers is on the south side. Alva is out to the east. With all the growth in SWFL, North Fort Myers is finally poised to take off. This is a diverse, and slightly more affordable area – at least now. It offers everything from riverfront condos, marinas, and plenty of restaurants – some with waterfront dining, and plenty of residential and business areas, – including gulf access and golf access communities.

If you are looking for more of a rural area, on a few acres, they have that too. North Fort Myers has numerous parks and trails, many allowing horses and people a day in the woods. If living in an area featuring moss-covered trees, horseback riding and still being close to good restaurants and the beach, both North Fort Myers and Alva should be considered. If you head a bit further east to Alva Florida. Alva still has the Old Florida charm, that other areas have lost. Alva and North Fort Myers offer a chance to have that rural life, but still be a short drive back to “the city”.

Easy access to main roads like US41, Bayshore Rd, State Rd 31 & 80, and I-75, offer easy access to all SWFL. Check it out!
